At Ozarke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including all hardware and manuals, to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
